All living beings have a vibration that is a signature of our health and wellbeing. When we experience stress and other emotional disturbances, energy blockages can develop within our body as well as in the energy field around our body, causing vibrational disharmony and potentially illnesses.

Sound can be used to restore our body to its natural state of wellbeing. Where there is a deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, and the energy can resume its natural flow toward vibrational alignment with health. Since ancient times, many cultures have been using sound and music to transform consciousness and improve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Scientific research over the last few decades has documented the healing effects of sound to calm the nervous system and reduce stress, improve immunity, remove mental and emotional blocks, heighten intuition and perception, enhance creativity, induce meditative state and shifts to different states of consciousness, and increase feelings of connection to other living beings and nature.


I offer sound healing sessions to individual clients and sound meditation to groups, using both ancient and modern instruments and practices. Examples of our sound experiences include:


  • Shamanic journey through drumming to tap into our subconscious mind to enhance creativity and find answers to life questions

  • Sound concert using vibrational instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, rattles, rainsticks, kalimbas, windchimes, etc.

  • Direct application of tuning forks on the body to balance energy and tune the nervous system (can be combined with reiki)

  • Sound visualization to design the life we want (can be combined with coaching)

  • Co-created sound journey using humming, chanting and melodies

  • Combining music and movement to tune in, express, and release
